Seit 2018 stehen die Gebäude leer. Davor war es rd. 20 Jahre ein Asylbewerberheim für bis zu 180 Personen.
Gebaut 1949 als Kurhotel. Nach Brand 1963 geschlossen.
Von 1970 – 1990 AWO-Heim für Diabetiker-Kinder.
